Before you send us a file
Most mugs, phone cases and keychains are ready the next day or same day if ordered before 1pm. Canvas, frames and cushions typically take 2–4 days. Corporate and bulk orders get a confirmed date once we know the quantity.
The original photo straight from your phone or camera works best — avoid screenshots or images already compressed by messaging apps. If your file is too small for the size you want, we'll tell you before printing, not after.
Yes — we send a digital proof showing crop, colour and layout on your chosen product. Production starts once you approve it.
Yes, we arrange delivery across Kuwait. Pickup at our Salmiya studio is available for every order at no extra cost.
